Block Management Services exists because construction's biggest losses rarely come from bad building — they come from slow bids, thin documentation, and paperwork that eats the day. We attack that from both sides: managing projects directly, and building the software and AI workflows that make field teams faster.

When we recommend a tool, it's because we've used it on real construction problems. When we build one, it's because the field needed it and nobody had built it right.
